Drawing on a breadth of relationships across the retail and consumer industry I have created a network of entrepreneurs, directors and investors with operational expertise in the sector.

This select 'club' is looking to bring its expertise, capital and a long-term approach to partner with founders and managements of fast-growing retail and consumer companies.

Our primary focus is on food-related businesses, whether retail, wholesale or in the service-segment. Businesses should have a proven economic with revenue in the range of c.£1-10 million.

Key is that the business proposition is relevant for a digital economy and has strong social and environmental credentials, wholly embraced by management.

pragmatic partnering with driven managements

We are looking to partner with capable driven teams that recognise the need for help to step-change and professionalise their business.

Ability and ambition of the founders or leadership team are key criteria for investment. We let teams get-on with day-to-day operations, but we're active investors there to provide advice and support as needed. 

Alignment of owners' interests is key - hence we are very comfortable taking minority stakes.
